Abismo Anhumas

Here we are, harnessed in and as ready as we could be to take the plunge into the abyss. Once we got down to the surface of the lake in the bottom of the cavern, we SCUBA dived for about half an hour around the colossal stalagmite formations of calcium carbonate under the water. Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to take pictures underwater in the low light conditions, so, sorry no pics of that. I can tell you that it was a somewhat creepy dive, especially when we saw skeletons of anteaters and deer that had met a watery end due to falling into the cavern.

Ok, so here’s the first go at posting some video, hope this works!!!
