To the left, a threesome can be seen making the long ascent to the surface, straight up the rope. (It’s hard!) It’s done by pushing with your legs against a loop put around your feet that raises you up the rope the distance you can bend and then unbend your legs. Very tiring. And when you take a break every few feet, all you can think about is how far up you are hanging on a rope over a stalagmite filled lake.
